Holds an advanced Engineering degree from the Ecole Centrale de Paris (1985) and a graduate degree in Business Administration from Paris Dauphine.
He started his career as a sales engineer at IBM France. In 1989, he joined MODCOMP France, integrator of industrial information systems, where he occupied various positions before becoming CEO in April 1998.
In November 2000, he joined NEXEYA after organizing the merger of MODCOMP France and EURILOGIC Technologies operations.

| Jean-Yves RIVIERE, age 54 - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Human Resources Manager |
Holds an advanced Engineering degree from INPG (1978).
At Renault Automation, he managed the Software design department for five years before taking charge of the Applications department.
In 1989, he co-founded HUMELEC, an IS service firm, where he first served as Director of Operations and became Chairman in 1991. In 1998, he became CEO of EURILOGIC SA.

Patrice MARTIN, age 49 -Â Marketing Manager

Holds an Electronic University degree in Electronics and from Michigan Business School (US).
In 1983, he begins his carreer as specialized Engineer for HP France, in 1996 he
becomes Key Accounts Sales Manager, then in 2001, he manages the development of the outsourcing activity. In 2003, he integrates NEXEYA to develop the maintenance activity, and in 2010, he becomes Marketing Manager.

| Benoît DE LA MOTTE, age 43 - Chief Financial Officer |
Benoît de LA MOTTE holds a degree from the French EM of Lyon, an MBA Pace University (NY), and a chartered accountant degree. He starts his career with Price Waterhouse as auditing manager, then Financial Auditor (1995 - 2000) for THALES German operations and subsidiaries. He successively becomes Financial Manager for DIEBOLD South Europe then Financial Manager for SAP France.
He joined NEXEYA as Financial Manager in March 2008.
